DIY All Natural Skin Renewal Sugar Scrub

Posted on December 10, 2018

During the winter, my skin tends to get extremely dry. As in the flakey kind of dry. It’s definitely not cute and most definitely not comfortable. It’s super itchy then I start to scratch endlessly. I know it’s a big no-no but it’s the only relief I know!

Then I started to do some research on how to take the dry flaky skin away. Yes, I know I can use moisturizer but first, the dry skin needs to be sloughed off. As a lover of all things natural, I came up with a sugar scrub that promises to help your skin renew without the risk of doing it too much.

Check out what I do to keep my skin soft and moisturized even during the coldest winter days.

What You Need:

How to do it:

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Store in a sealable jar.
  3. To use, in the shower take a quarter-sized amount and rub onto skin to exfoliate. The sugar and oil will help make your skin silky while the oils repair damaged skin

Why We Love It:

  1. It gently exfoliates the skin without stripping away the natural oils.
  2. It’s effective and super easy to make!
  3. The blend of the oils is lovely.
