History: Often used in the past and still today as an adulteration of rose oil because of its similar aroma at a much lower price.
Use Safely: Generally safe to use. Simply follow instructions to dilute. The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy.

5 drops Palmarosa essential oil
2 drops Sandalwood essential oil
1 ounce jojoba oil
Combine jojoba oil and essential oils in a resealable container or amber bottle. Smooth a small amount onto dry skin before bed or after showering.
