How do I use this inhaler?

Remove the circular cap at the bottom of your inhaler. If the cap is difficult to remove, use a spoon to push against the side of the base of the inhaler. This will create a small gap in the base which will help you remove the bottom of the inhaler

Remove the cotton wick from the inhaler and place it in a small bowl.

Add essential oils to the cotton wick and use tweezers to replace the cotton wick back into the inhaler. Replace the base of the inhaler.

To use, unscrew the aromatherapy inhaler’s cover, place the inhaler near your nose and inhale deeply. Use and refresh oils as needed.
