1. Uncap the inhaler and pull out the bottom casing. Twist open the clear glass canister.
2. Remove cotton wick from packaging and place it in a bowl. Add 5-20 drops of essential oil to the wick, depending on your desired strength.
3. Using tweezers, place the cotton wick in the clear glass canister. Reassemble the inhaler.
4. Place inhaler near nose and breathe deeply to enjoy the benefits of essential oils. Refresh cotton wick as needed.

When switching scents, we recommend using a fresh wick.
