- Plant Description: Growing up to 1/2 foot tall, this evergreen with leathery leaves and slender creeping stems has beautiful white flowers that are followed by fleshy red berries.
- Aroma: Sweet and minty scent similar to wintergreen gum

Recipes
Positive Attitude Personal Inhaler Blend
- 2 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
- 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 10 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed, or make a stock bottle and add 5-6 drops of this blend to your diffuser.
Sore Muscle Blend
- 5 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
- 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
- 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 4 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
- 1 ounce Carrier Oil or Unscented Lotion
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Apply sparingly to sore muscles.
