Some nights, getting some sleep can be difficult. There are just a thousand things going over your head like did I unplug the microwave or was I able to finish all the tasks I needed to do for the day? Little questions that take much of your headspace can prevent you from getting some sleep. I’m not the kind of person who would take sleeping pills, so I’m always up for some natural solutions!
I decided to make use of my lovely diffuser and create a blend that can put me to sleep in no time. I know that Lavender Essential Oil is everyone's going to when it comes to rest and relaxation. There can be times I want to take a break from Lavender, and this blend is my alternative!
In your diffuser, add 1 drop of Thyme Essential Oil.
Then add 1 drop of Basil Essential Oil.
Turn your diffuser on and allow yourself to fall into slumber.
