Each year, I grow a large herb garden right outside my kitchen window. There is just something about that fresh herb smell that makes me want to be productive.
That's why I love to use herbal essential oils in my diffuser blends. They are very grounding, totally invigorating, and have a way of opening up the senses.
This diffuser blend is one of my favorites for winter because it reminds me of an herbal cough drop. It's soothing, has a slight minty/menthol undertone from the Rosemary, and the bright splash of lemon to bring it all together. The Herbal Lemon Diffuser blend is great when you are feeling under the weather or need a boost of energy and motivation.
Both Thyme and Rosemary essential oils have been used to treat throat discomforts and respiratory ailments for many years. They are both soothing and powerful oils, so be sure to diffuse no longer than 20 minutes at a time.
Lemon essential oil is light, refreshing, and tonic. It works really well as an antimicrobial to stop the spread of germs.
Please note: this blend is not suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding, with children, or by those suffering with epilepsy or high blood pressure.
