  • 4 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 1 ounce jojoba oil


  1. Combine Lavender essential oil and jojoba oil in a small amber bottle
  2. Rub a small amount on child’s feet before bedtime
  3. Store in a cool dry place and use nightly as needed
